My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
We aim to summit Mount Barbeau within the Common wealth mountain Range of the Queen Elizabeth Islands in the Arctic just 500 miles from the North Pole, have a tea party at the summit in commemoration of the Diamond jubilee and the Queen has requested a loyal greeting to be sent to her from the summit to which she has pledged a response on the day. .It has been entirely organised by the 6 members of the team, we anticipate it will take 3weeks and 250 miles in the some of the most inhospitable conditions on earth.Mt Barbeau has only been summited 9 times in history showing the magnitude of this expedition None of your money is being spent on the expedition. www.etelive.org/arcticjubilee

Mission accomplished!,,,, we summited and our video greeting to the Queen was shown on ITN BBC the Times, Telegraph, Mail and HELLO magazine! Jeremiah went national!
we leave on the 20th may and our expedition will be featured in the Telegraph, BBC and ITV both locally and nationally. We have been honoured with carrying the Explorers flag of New York, this flag has been to the north/south pole and to the moon

Supports bereaved children and their families in and around Plymouth. It mainly offers support through a group programme which uses creative activities to encourage healthy grieving and happy memories. In the last year it has supported nearly 200 children who have had someone special to them die.
