Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have been greatly inspired by Christine Bonner, mother of Cpl Darren Bonner who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2007. The Battalion lost another 8 soldiers in that tour. Christine and a small team of supporters  have recently completed a 150 mile walk in 10 days through 5 Regimental counties under the name  All the 4's (4 the Boys, 4 the Families, 4 the Fallen, 4 Ever) to raise money for the Royal Anglian Benevolent Charity. They have raised a magnificent £25,000 so far.

In case you wanted to donate to their achievement but may not yet have done so,  my run in the Leicester 1/2 marathon on Sunday 11th October gives you another opportunity.

I urge you to have a little flutter on this willing old carthorse who will not get round the 13 miles in a record time but with your support will find the will power to finish to ensure that a few more conributions can be added to All the 4's. A big thank you in advance. Jeremy
