The Christie charity provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds. Your support can help us to fund life-changing and potentially life-saving projects that will benefit cancer patients both now and in the future.

Story

As some of you know I am finding out how hard it can be dealing with cancer. As Sarah is under the careful eye of Christie Hospital I thought I would try and do some good by running in the Manchester Marathon (April 6th) and supporting a charity which is aiming to raise £150,000 in aid of The Christie who are building a new high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) room, as part of the Young Oncology Unit, where teenagers and young adults under cancer treatment can stay in a safe environment and an extra bed is provided for a family member to stay with them. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
