Hi Everyone!

In a moment of madness I signed up to cycle from London to Paris over 4 days in September with work. Having never cycled for more than about 25 miles in one go before it has dawned on me that cycling 80 miles in one day and then getting straight back on my bike for another 3 days of non-stop cycling might be a little bit tricky! I better get training!
