Jess and Jane are walking in memory of Sophie, our dear cousin/niece, who was looked after by the fantastic team at St Nicholas Hospice.

Sophie bravely fought Kidney Cancer, aged only 25. Sadly her battle ended this week at the hospice and we would like our friends and family to donate in Sophie's Memory so that others can benefit from the care that St Nicholas provides.

We will be walking with Sophie's mum Teresa and the team from West Suffolk House  where Sophie worked, she will be with us all the way!
