You may not have heard of Barretstown before, I hadn't till I started working at Total Media. Though once you hear about them you won't forget what an amazing charity they are and in October I will get to see for myself as I become a camp volunteer for the weekend.  Though that's not all, on September the 27th I will be running the Sony Ericsson 'Run to the Beat' half marathon and would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me.  

Barretstown is based in Ireland and gives children suffering from cancer and other serious illnesses the opportunity for them and their families to stay at the camp and benefit from their unique programme of arts, adventure and fun otherwise known as Therapeutic Recreation. Your donation will help to ensure that Barretstown can continue to welcome more children and give them a life changing experience as they help to restore their confidence, self esteem and as much 'normality' as possible.
