My name is Jessica and I am two years old. In Febuary 2013 mine and my family's world was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia which is a type of cancer.

Five months on and thankfully I appear to be winning the battle; however, I could not have done it without all the fantastic Doctors, Nurses and facilities at The Bristol Children's Hospital. I would not be here without them.

As a way of beginning to say thank you, I would like to do something to raise some money for Wallace and Gromit's Grand Appeal and specifically the Children's Cancer Appeal. I am therefore hoping to get sponsership to have my photograph taken with all eighty Gromits in the 'Gromit Unleshed' event which is taking place in Bristol throughout the summer. This may not seem like much of a challenge, but I am currently undergoing nine months of intensive chemotherapy and it will be a huge achievement if I can do it.

I am very much looking forward to finding all the Gromits and hope I can raise some money for a fantastic hospital in the process.
