My story
The money collected from you lovely, kind, generous people will be going towards a project called My stART, a creative arts
project that will be run in schools in the infamous Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya this August. The work will center around the theme ¨My Story¨, will incorporate art and film and will travel back
to be exhibited in schools in the UK to raise awareness of the plight
of refugees abroad and in UK communities as well as creating the
opportunity of dialogue between students in the camp with students
based in the UK.
This is an opportunity to help children who not only have lived through terrifying experiences but are also now living in very difficult conditions to find a purpose, a sense of self worth and way of expressing what they have been through. It also helps children back in the UK to connect with the refugees within their own community and help them to better integrate.
So hand it over now you lucky people!
Thanks xx

It's not the winning that's important. It's the falling apart.
