Send A Cow is an absolutely amazing charity that uses local suppliers to purchase farm animals and training for families in some of the poorest parts of the world, enabling them to leave abject poverty behind and build a business. This means they can eat, send their children to school and access basic medical care. It is a simple and long lasting way to tackle the horrendous inequalities of the third world.
