As many of you know 2016 was a challenging year for me. Looking back it was one of the most horrendous times of my life and has certainly taught me a few lessons.

With the help and support of my family, friends and charities such as Mind I have got through this period and looking forward to the future. One of my many aims for 2017 is to give back to Mind; a charity who without many of us would struggle in silence and wouldn't be here.

In January I will attempt to run (there may be the odd bit of walking in there but I'm sure you'll forgive me for that!) every day for the entire month. You will be able to track my progress through facebook and keep up to date on my daily activities. I would like to raise a minimum of £100 so please dig deep and support me in my challenge (believe me this will be a challenge after a full day of teaching each day!)
