In August last year, my family changed forever when my cousin Kris Cook died whilst taking part in the Prudential Ride 100. He suffered from a cardiac arrest at the age of 36- he was fit and healthy and everyone was devastated with shock. I want to honour his memory with the same determination and passion he had to help others by cycling alongside Team KC.
