We have decided to run the Leeds Half Marathon and raise some money whilst we are at it. My friends Dad discovered he had bowel cancer last year. Whilst doing some reserach on the Macmillan website he saw an article that caught his eye..an expedition to Everest Base Camp in November 2013. So he decided then and there that he was going to do it. So he set himself the challenge of raising money for a fantastic charity - Macmillan and also gettting himself fit for the trek!! We thought we would help him on his way to his target and donate anything we raise towards his goal of 5k.
