Yet again I have been tempted into another cycle ride. This time we are cycling one stage of The Great Tour. The Great Tour is a 64 day (100km a day) cycle ride around the coastline of the UK. We have selected to do the Brighton to Ryde stage.

I am raising money for MacMillan because all of us in some way or another have been affected by cancer. It can be the most heartbreaking disease and what MacMillan do to help and support those suffering from cancer and their family is extraordinary.
