I set myself a winter goal to run a half marathon in early 2010. It's hard training in the middle of winter and what better way to motivate myself on those dark, cold, (sometimes snowy) mornings than to be doing it for two great charities. Even if it's a fiver it all adds up. This money will go toward the Research of genetic eye disorders and gynaecological cancer - this Research will change lives and how amazing will it feel to know you have helped make that change.
