At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As part of National Grid's support of the Alzheimer's Society this year - they have put together a Tour de Grid cycle challenge with Stages passing through NG sites from St Fergus in Scotland down to the Isle of Grain in Kent of which I am doing 3 stages, from Warwick until the IoG.

Unfortunately, many people have or will be affected by Alzheimer's and this is a great opportunity for me to be able to raise money for a cause that is working to make people with, or who's lives are impacted by the effects of, Alzheimer's better.

This event has been organized by the hard work of volunteers within NG and all money raised will go to the charity to provide support and guidance to individuals and families living with Alzheimer's.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
