Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page and sponsoring me in the Royal Parks Half Marathon. Well, I reached the finish line in 2 hrs 27 mins, a full 7 mins quicker than last year! A huge thank you to you all for supporting me, it made a tremendous difference to me as I pounded the streets and park on Sunday knowing you'd all been so generous.

I'm running to support Down's South London, a parent run local charity that provides invaluable speech and language therapy to children with Down's Syndrome. The therapy is provided free and is not available elsewhere in South London. It's also a great support network for the families like ours who benefit from the service.

I have already received £100 from my colleague Ian Griffiths in memory of his teenage son Sam who died suddenly in an accident at the start of this year. You can't see that sum in the table below (although you can see it in the total) as it has been sent directly to the charity but huge thanks to him for the generous support.
