To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Contact a Family, i am taking part in the Santa 5K Challenge on Sunday 6th December 2009. Basically i am running 5k around Greenwich Park (London) dressed as a jolly Santa!

All the money raised will go to support Contact a Family - an amazing charity which provides support, advice and information for families with disabled children, no matter what their condition or disability. Contact a Family's vision is that all families with disabled children are empowered to live the lives they choose to live, and achieve their full potential, for themselves, for the communities they live in and for society. Last year, Contact a Family helped over 300,000 families with disabled children.

So in the spirit of Christmas dig deep and sponsor me on this run and support Contact a Family this Christmas and come along to Greenwich park on the 6th to see the Santas in action!
