Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the Ride-London Cycle Event for 2 reasons, firstly as a "personnal goal", and secondly this is a way of giving something back and helping others.

The main Charity will be Centrepoint, which provides a safe place to live for more than 1000 young people, aged 16-25, in London and the North East of England. But Centrepoint is more than just a room... they support these young people into positive and independent living with health programmes, life skills, learning opportunities,go to http://www.centrepoint.org.uk/about-us to find out more.

Its reassuring to know that there is somewhere where young adults can go and get the right help, if they need it.

If I do manage to raise the target sum of £750 then anything over that will be donated to Other Charities through the Freemason Organisation, split between the Lodges I belong to in Hertfordshire and Surrey, as they do a tremendous amount for Charity without getting the recognition they deserve.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now. Thank you.
