On 27 July I will be taking part in a Tough Mudder event over 10 miles and 25 obstacles with over 150 of my colleagues to raise funds for The Children’s Hospital Charity.

Whilst I think I am tough this will be a real test just to finish as many of you will know.

I’d be grateful for any donations to motivate me to complete the course. I guarantee blood, sweat and a few expletives on my round. It will be all worth it to be able to support this incredible charity and support children who need our help.
