I will be participating in the Olympic distance event in the Virgin London Triathlon 2013 on Saturday 27th July.

The race consists of 1500m open water swim in the Thames Docklands, followed by a 40km bike ride and 10km run.

The charity I have chosen to sponsor is the Alzheimer’s Society.
