Artic Plunge Pools, Electroshocks, Tear Gas & Crawling
through Narrow Pipes are just some of the obstacles across the 10 mile course that myself & 21 colleagues (Team Mates) are going to attempt.  We have all bravely/stupidly agreed to take part in Tough Mudder South West all in the name of Charity - Starfish Greathearts Foundation.
