Starting on 7th June 2017, I am supporting my colleagues in a 278km bike ride (equivalent to 3 back to back London to Brighton’s!), where they will be cycling from Poitiers to Bergerac in France. This is to raise money for my chosen charity Mind.

Over the past few years the Cellular Solutions’ team has raised well over £140,000 – so with your help this event will help take us over the £180,000 mark – with the aim of reaching £250,000 over the next two years from our fundraising.

For my personal fundraising target I am looking to raise £350+ for Mind mental health charity.

I have chosen the charity Mind, as men often feel it is a sign of weakness to discuss their mental health. It would great to see men finding it more normal to talk about their emotions. I believe that Mind are an excellent charity and all the work they put in to empowering anyone who is experiencing mental health problems, is amazing.

Whilst my colleagues are going to be in the saddle, I have taken on the role of support vehicle driver/runner/hype man/Bag carrier. I have agreed to run 15km across the 3 days in between my duty of driving the support vehicle.

Cellular Solutions will also match like for like any funds we raise up to £5,000. Our overall total fundraising target for the event is £32,000. 

Every donation will help towards this figure that will make a significant difference to those less fortunate than ourselves. Every penny donated goes to charity and not towards the costs of the event thanks to sponsorship of the event by one of our network partners.
