<p>Thanks for taking the time to have a look at my page.</p>
<p>I will be Tabbing (like Yomping only much faster, with more weight and over a longer distance) the 2012 Wadi Bih marathon on the 10th February. I will be entering as a solo and self sufficient runner. I will be carrying all the water, food and safety kit I require on my back, with a starting weight of about 40lbs.</p>
<p>The route starts on the Dibba Oman coast at sea level and then takes me about 37kms through Wadi Bih upto a height of 3000ft. Then it will be a quick brew turn around and head back down.</p>
<p>In 2010 I believe I was the first person to have completed this race as a solo self sufficient runner and completed it in 12hrs 42 mins.</p>
<p>Please help me raise some cash for the Reg charity.</p>
