I am walking the LOROS Twilight walk in memory of my beautiful niece Leah Reek, who was tragically taken from us in the Leicester explosions last week. Leah was a beautiful girl inside and out, and had her whole life ahead of her. She has recently received an unconditional offer to study Nursing at DMU and her smile lit up a room. Leah enjoyed volunteering at LOROS and so we are choosing to fundraise for them in her memory. Any support or donations are greatly received.

LOROS is a charity whose aim is to enhance the quality of life of adult patients with cancer, progressive neurological conditions and end-stage organ failure for whom curative treatment is no longer possible. Patients are treated at the Hospice and in the community based upon clinical need, regardless of background and the ability to pay.
