Sean Fitzgerald, Ryan O'Connor, Sam Michael, Chris Monaghan, Harry Trype and JJ Thornton are taking part in a three day, 185 mile cycle from London to Paris in order to raise money for the Stroke association.

This type of thing is a first for the majority of us boys so will most likely be pretty difficult, with half of us not even owning a bike just yet...

However, training will start soon(ish) and we are all massively determined to complete the cycle,  meet our target of raising £6000 for an excellent cause and hopefully with having a bit of fun on the way.
