Some of you may or may not know that I had been training to cycle from Rome to Edinburgh when I managed to throw myself off my bike and break my collar bone.... 

Being that I am not built for cycling I am trying to change the view that big men can look good in lycra !! Sarah has patched me up and sent me back out on my bike with a new more realistic ride from Rosslare (southern Ireland) to Edinburgh.  

This equates to pushing my large frame 600 km up and down some hills for a week...
