I think I must be a little crazy but I'm also passionate about the work I do and the people we support at Arthritis Care. I'm aiming to raise 10 grand for the support work we do for people living with arthritis across the UK - not just older people but the youngsters and their families we care about. I'm totally self funding this trip - so any donations you make go direct to the charity.

So  I'm doing this mad attempt. I'll be celebrating my 62nd birthday on the roof of the world   Help me celebrate and sing along 'Ain't no Mountain High Enough' .  I don't know if I will do it - its a huge personal challenge - but I am sure as hell gonna try.  I may borrow a lama to help me through - but I am really giving it my best shot and training hard.
