AADC deficiency is a rare disabling brain disease. More than 100 children in 30 countries have been identified with the disease. It's proved fatal for some of them. The AADC Research Trust is a children's charity funding research, supporting affected families and promoting global disease awareness.

Story

My 14 year old nephew Jake suffers with a rare brain disease known as AADC Deficiency. In 2006 my sister Lisa set up a charity to raise funds for research into this disabling condition. It's such a rare condition that has only 100 known cases world wide.

Lisa works tirelessly towards the ultimate goal of a cure for this disease and I hope that with your support we can help to achieve this goal
