On Saturday I shall be completing the Forget Me Not Sleep walk in aid of Beaumond House Community Hospice - complete with the compulsory pyjama's so I'm afraid I won't be posting any photographs!

Beaumond House is very close to my heart as it helped my Mum so much in the last two weeks of her life 10 years ago and is now providing care each week to my Dad; as well as support to my whole family.

I appreciate that you will be regularly asked for donations for good causes like this so I would be most grateful if you could spare just £1 - the Walk is after all only 1 mile!!!! If you tick the gift aid box as a UK tax payer 28p will be added to each £1 raised.
