<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Many of you will know how close Beaumond House Community Hospice in Newark is to me and all of my family. In 1999 they took care of Mum and then ten years later Dad. During those 10 years he enjoyed supporting their fund raising and in an effort to continue this support, and in memory of our parents, grand parents and great grand parents, I have committed to taking part in a trek through the Sahara Desert from 16th - 25th November 2012.</p> <p>Beaumond House, like all hospice's relies on the generous donations of it's supporters to raise over &pound;500,000 each year towards it's annual &pound;750,000 running costs.</p> <p>I have committed to raising &pound;3,000 - if I do my company Archant will match this amount through our match funding scheme - &pound;6,000 would mean so much to people who benefit for the many services they offer.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
