<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">St Mary's Church, East Barkwith is where I was married and our children were christened. Many of you will remember both occasions. The church is in the village next door to my mum and step-dads house and needs a new tower and roof.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">Sadly it is in desperate need of repair otherwise it will deteriorate further and will become unusable - losing a part of our country's heritage for future generations to enjoy.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">My mum has worked hard to secure a Heritage Grant but still needs to raise a further £38,000 to secure the Grant. I have offered to help by competing in 3 sprint triathlons this season - I have completed 1 and have 2 more in September - a new challenge this year.</span></p>
