On 9th/10th September we will be walking 100km along the Thames Path from Putney to Henley, starting at 9am and walking non-stop through the the finish! No sleep, only stopping to eat and change socks (and probably blister plasters!) - through the night, we aim to finish in the late morning the following day. 

Helen and Douglas House is a respite and palliative care hospice for children and adults based in Oxford but supporting people throughout Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley area. Jo's mum Kathy is a nurse team leader at Helen House and so we know first hand just how important the support they provide is.
