I'm running the Race for Life this Sunday (two days from now!).  I started training last week.  Luckily it's not a marathon - a 5km run in Hyde Park. 

I'm running in memory of my friend Norman McLinchy ("Stormin' Norman" as we used to call him), who died earlier this year from very nasty aggressive cancers.  He was in his 40s, and it was a real shock.
