Quick update - Only two and a half weeks until we set off to Paris now!  Training has been a bit of an issue with the recent snow and black ice; but i have managed to get out a few times this year!  With the weather looking set to be good for this weekend coming up, two long rides, plenty of miles and some saddle time will definately be put in.

On the 23rd February I will start my cycle ride from Paris to Twickenham covering 442 kilometers over 4 days probably riding through rain and snow and freezing temperatures.
