Many of you know I have done a lot of work with VS over the past year. They help millions of people each year affected by crime, Please help me raise some money so they can continue to provide services to people whose lives have been devastated by crime to get their lives back on track.

I know people are always asking for money and that 10k is not a marathon, but I will have to get up early, I am getting on a bit now and it is a great cause
