Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Paul & I Summitted the InPin on Thursday  23rd July. We were joined by a young lady, (Liz), who simply wanted to see it, but climbed it with us. Our guide, Graham Paterson, was brilliant, we felt save and confident all the way up. He gave all the encouragment we needed and made sure we could get down afterwards as well as up. We woul highly recommend him as a guide and you can contact him at www.skyehi.co.uk if you feel you'd like to do it. We hope to go up one or two of the difficult scrambling routes on other Munroes on Skye another year with Graham. Prayers kept (me Joan calm), but it was exposed! It was an answer to prayer that visibillity was so poor, I couldn't see the bottom!!! Thanks to those who have already donated, you can see from the pictures that we did do it.

This is the scale of Paul & Joan’s challenge . The top of the fin is higher than the ridge on the Mountain so the only way to the highest point on the mountain is to climb the fin. However Paul & Joan have hired an experienced guide to take them up. They will then have done their 120th Munro. (there are  284)

I am  doing it to raise money for Christians Against Poverty. we run their Money Management Made Simple Course which helps people get in control of their money and if they have debts CAP will help them renogiate them for for free. But CAP need funds to do that, so why not help us help them to help people struggling with poverty in the recession.
