Arthritis Care is one of the best charities I have worked with. They do fantastic work for people affected by arthritis, both young and hold. Every penny goes towards supporting people with arthritis and their families.  There are over 10,000 million people affected including 25,000 children and young people. 8.5 million people have osteoarthritis which is expected to rise by 17 million in 2030.

I am planning to give up chocolate for the month of October and not only that!! walking from Liverpool St to Old Street and back each day!! A distance of 5.6 miles.
