I am going to attempt to run the Bath Half Marathon which is in just 3 weeks time, in true Jo Rolfe fashion I have left everything until the last minute but I would really love to raise as money as I can for this worthwhile charity.

I am running to raise money for the Bath Royal United Hospital Forever Friends NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit).  The Forever Friends NICU Space to Grow Appeal is raising £4.7 million towards a new NICU that will be the first of a new generation of therapeutic healthcare buildings. 

The aim is to build a pioneering holistic NICU that will:

Be a sustainable, low carbon building Be over double the size of the existing unit Provide a highly beneficial healing and supportive environment for the babies and parents

All of you that are friends with Amy will appreciate all the hard work the staff at the RUH NCIU did to keep Charlie safe and well and have helped him to be the beautiful healthy baby he is today.  Any amount you can donate will all go towards helping a fantastic cause.
