Hi friends!

I have volunteered to run in the Great North Run to raise money for Lineham Farm.  As you (may) know, this is the charity I work for which gives deserving children a memorable activity holiday (www.linehamfarm.co.uk).  If you can spare a couple of coins for this deserving cause I promise to put down my glass of wine and go on a training run.  Look out for me on the telly - Rob thinks I've got a good chance of winning this one!
