Leading the way to a better quality of life for everyone severely affected by mental illness.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Rethink Mental Illness is a charity that believes a better life is possible for the millions of people affected by mental Illness. For 40 years they have brought people together to support each other through their services, groups and campaign.

In support of this charity and to spread awareness of their work I have joined my work team in trying to raise some funds to help them.

Having personally experienced some difficult life events, it has opened my eyes as to how desperate situations can feel and how important it is to have that support. We all know how much a simple build up of stress or anxiety can impact our lives, to the point that some people’s lives are lost due to depression or things getting too much for them.

I would love nothing more but to make sure everyone is aware that help is out there, not just for them but for all of us when needed.

Please help me do this :) xxxx
