<p>Hello,&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm running 5K for Trees for Cities on Saturday (the 17th) and I need to raise a minimum of &pound;25 for them. I know 5K is not much really but if I run for any more than about half an hour I get heatstroke so there's no point in that plus it's a really good cause.</p> <p>Trees for Cities do pretty much what they say on the tin. They make sure our urban wonderlands don't get too low on trees that provide us all with nice oxygen, look nice and calm us down when city life gets too stressful.</p> <p>So please sponsor me nicely, obviously it would be a bit excellent if we could get above &pound;25.
