Since 1979, APNI has been supporting mums, families and friends through the challenges of PND, via our helpline, online chat or email. We run a volunteering scheme that connects mums who have recovered from this illness with those currently struggling, offering a listening ear and sharing hope.

Story

July 13th I am holding my annual Mad Hatters charity tea party.....So this time I thought I would raise money for a charity that is very close to my heart and who was of great support when I had severe Post Natal depression following the birth of my first son Aidan in 1990.

Since then I have continued to be a volunteer supporter for this wonderful organistion to try and give back some of what was given to me at the lowest point in my life ever.
