My sister and I and a few of our crazy running friends are currently doing the Great Virtual Race Across Tennessee which is to cover 1000km on foot between 1st May and 31st of August.
We have decided not to stop at that level of craziness and are doing the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge!
From Friday 26th June we will be doing 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours!
We are doing this to raise money for Wrexham Maelor Hospital’s Critical Care Unit. They are trying to raise money to buy blue sky tiles on the ceiling of the unit so that patients who are in bed will have a view that will be calming and help with what can be an extremely scary time especially during the pandemic.
