On the 16th/17th October I'll be taking part in a cycle challenge in support of the Alzheimer's Society. Myself and my team of 5 other lovely people will be getting very sore bottoms as we form a cycling relay for 24 hours... and no lovely scenery for us, this will be on exercise bikes in the office for all to see!!!

As you will all know I would far rather eat some lovely cake than sweat it out at the gym so this is going to be a real challenge for me, but I'm up for it so please give me lots of pennies as it's for a brilliant cause!
