As some of you are aware this is not the first time that I have put myself through this gruelling challenge, so this year it is my aim to beat my <span class="squiggly">PB</span> of <span class="squiggly">4hrs</span> 20 <span class="squiggly">Mins</span>. </strong></span><span style="font-family: Arial;"><strong>It has to be said that I am definitely a lot more prepared and focused this year, and with the mileage clocking up at the weekends, as well as the assistance of British Military Training 3 times a week, I am definitely on track to beating my personal best.</strong></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: Arial;"> </span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial;"><strong>With all my training in hand the other hurdle I have to overcome is raising money for this cause.
