I am running the Great South Run on 30th October this year in memory of my Friend Joanne Sharp who sadly died during August at the very young age of 35.  All proceeds from the run is going to the Scottish Spina Bifida Association, which is the preferred charity of Joanne's family.  Any donation large or small is appreciated.
