<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I was fortunate enough to gain a ballot place in the London Marathon this year (which i'm told are like gold dust, so i'm very lucky indeed). This has enabled me to choose a smaller charity that is very personal to me and my family. I am running for Southend Hospital Oncology Department. This hospital has supported my family and treated my Dad over the past 20 years and without their help he would not be here today to support me to participate in this event. Please give generously to support this charity so that furture families can continue to benefit and find hope as we have, from the wonderful work this hospital department carries out.</p> <p>I know times are tight for many at the moment, and it is difficult to ask people for donations, but any amount however small will go towards this worthy cause.
