On Saturday 19th June 2010 I will be zip sliding down through West Ham FC's stadium to raise money for The Sick Children's Trust.

This is going to be scary but worth it to help a really good cause (plus it's a great excuse to visit the home of the Hammers!)

The Sick Children's Trust provides high quality accommodation for families with seriously ill children in hospital. This enables parents and siblings to stay within minutes of their loved ones for as long as they need to while they are receiving medical treatment at children's hospitals across the country.

It costs The Sick Children's Trust £25 to put up a famliy for 1 night so every penny you can donate is greatly appreciated. If I raise my target of £1,000, that'll help 40 families through a really distressing time.
