So, we're off !!!

Up mountains and assault courses in Snowdonia!

 

We need to carry a MS sufferer 10k in a chair with wooden struts strapped on (for four of us to hold and carry)  .. thats gotta be worth a little bit to help towards the cost of their treatments and better general care.

 

I thought how i'd feel if my mobility was restricted and i don't think i'd be all that happy. At least the MS Sussex treatment centre  are one of the few who try and make things better! :)
