So why the Arthur Rank Hospice I hear you ask?

Well that is simple. The Arthur Rank Hospice provides specialist care to those affected by life-limiting illness.  It prepares people for the challenges that they face, and also supports the family, friends, carers and anyone else who is affected by the patient’s illness.

To be honest when faced with a family member who is suffering from a life-limiting illness, the love and care of family and friends can feel like it’s not enough. This is when we need support and this is what the Arthur Rank Hospice does.  This is why I’m asking you to support me so that I can support them.

Why the London Marathon?

Um.... Um.... It seemed like a good idea at the time. Just think about it.  You can feel good about yourself, as you have done something brilliant (made a donation) but can sit back relax safe in the knowledge that you don’t have to run 26 miles.
